Primary FRCA MCQ


Structure of the Primary FRCA MCQ examination

The Primary FRCA MCQ examination comprises of 90 questions to be completed in three hours. The subsections include:

The MCQ examination runs from 2.00pm until 5.00pm with candidates expected to be seated 15 minutes before the commencement. A brief will be provided prior to the exam and candidates will receive a question booklet and an Optical Mark Reader Sheet to record their answers.

Primary FRCA MCQ marking system

Candidates will only pass the Primary FRCA MCQ examination if they receive a mark of 2 or better. Negative marking is no longer used. Candidates must also perform well in all subsections; poor marks in one section will result in examination failure.
